Requirements:
• Age: 18 to 30 years
• Good English communication skills
• Pleasing personality with professional grooming
• Customer service oriented attitude
• Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management is an added advantage
• Prior hotel or restaurant experience preferred (not mandatory)
• Willingness to work rotational shifts
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests during check-in and check-out
• Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about hotel services
• Maintain high standards of hospitality and service quality
• Coordinate with housekeeping and kitchen departments
• Manage reservations and front desk operations
• Ensure cleanliness and presentation standards are maintained
• Resolve guest complaints in a professional manner
