We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Van Driver / Warehouse Operator to join our team. This is a varied role where you will alternate daily between van driving and warehouse duties—perfect for someone who enjoys variety in their workday.
Key Responsibilities
Van Driving (Every Other Day):
- Carry out local deliveries using a company van
- Load and unload goods safely
- Ensure timely and accurate deliveries
- Represent the company in a professional and friendly manner
Warehouse Duties (Alternate Days):
- Picking and packing orders
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Stock control and general organisation of the warehouse
- Keeping the work area clean, tidy, and safe
- Assisting with general warehouse tasks as required
✔️ Requirements
- Full UK driving licence
- Previous van driving experience (preferred but not essential)
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to get stuck in
Warehouse Operative

Key Responsibilities
- Picking and placement of parts against SLA
- Maintaining stock accuracy to a very high degree
- A mindful approach to stock consolidation and storing materials in fast and slow-moving locations to create an efficient environment.
- Scanning
- Updating SAP accurately
- Stock counting and audit
- Ensuring the required parts are placed at the relevant drop points in a timely fashion.
- Producing delivery notes using excel templates.
- Maintaining high levels of housekeeping (working in a 6s environment)
- Stock write off and stock gains.

Key Responsibilities
- Processing components and devices on SAP, ServiceNow, ITSM accordingly
- Updating SAP accordingly
- Working with our courier partners
- Checking the warranty on all vendors web portals
- Claiming warranty from all vendors web portals (raising the RMA) whilst being aware of any financial implications regarding timeframes etc.
- Working with third party suppliers to claim warranty.
- Despatching all vendors warranty parts back to them
- Maintaining warranty management tool database
- Maintaining SLW database tool. (Error-handling)
- Managing the Service Level Agreement.
- Managing all queries within SLA (error handling)
- Using Excel to maintain the reporting for all vendors.
- Maintaining the accuracy on serial number and asset tracking
- Producing delivery notes and producing courier labels from partner websites
- Work within SLA for all vendors
- Working to ensure Personal Performance Targets (PPT) are met.
- Maintain high levels of housekeeping.

- Check to make sure that any additional parts that should be included are present i.e. PSU.
- Ensure packaging is sufficient and that any relevant paperwork/labels are securely attached.
- Prioritise workload between Business As Usual (BAU) and demand.
- Maintain good available levels of packaging materials.
