The position
- Responsibility for the entire sales process: from the first lead to the conclusion of the contract and the handover to the Group & Events Planning Team
- Acceptance and qualification of customer enquiries, preparation of offers, detailed agreements and contract negotiations
- Preparation of pro formas and commission calculations
- Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and sustainable success
- Close cooperation with the sales teams, revenue management and marketing
- Implementation of sales strategies to achieve sales targets and optimal utilization of the event rooms and rooms in the group area
- Conducting house tours and on-site appointments during the sales process

What we expect from you
- Completed vocational training in the hotel industry, in the event sector or a comparable degree
- Several years of professional experience in event sales, ideally in the upscale hotel industry
- well-groomed manners, confident appearance and a good feeling for our discerning guests
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, as well as the motivation to achieve success together
