The Technical Operations & Stock Coordinator owns the full life-cycle of our rental booths—from the moment they return to the warehouse until they ship out again. Responsibilities and Activities

• Receive returned booths. Unpack, clean, and perform quality checks on all hardware components.
• Diagnose technical issues. Execute minor repairs or component replacements: lighting, cameras, PCs, touchscreens, and peripherals.
• Load and test Sharingbox software builds, apply configuration profiles, and verify full system functionality.

What you will do

• Deliver exceptional customer service.

What you will bring

• Excellent German language skills.
• Very good English communication skills.
• Previous experience in customer service, ideally in a premium or luxury brand.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive cases.
• Good computer literacy.
• Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
