We are looking for motivated professionals based in Italy, fluent in Italian and English, who want to actively contribute to the transition toward regenerative agriculture.

Experience or strong interest in regenerative agriculture, soil health, or sustainable farming systems is highly valued.

Your role:

As a Regenerative Agriculture Advisor, you will work directly with farmers and project partners, combining fieldwork, technical expertise, and advisory support.

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Conducting farm audits and technical assessments aligned with regenerative agriculture principles
  • Supporting and coordinating regenerative agriculture projects in Italy and abroad
  • Carrying out field visits and providing tailored agronomic advice
  • Developing farm-specific action plans, identifying strengths, risks, and improvement pathways
  • Organizing and delivering training sessions, workshops, and field days

Within the Italian development team, you will be responsible for designing and managing systems that combine PV plants and agriculture, evaluating crop suitability, monitoring performance, and ensuring the synergy between farming and energy production.

In this role, your main tasks will be:

TO IMPLEMENT SYSTEM DESIGN

  • Develop and oversee the implementation of agrivoltaic systems by ensuring agricultural activities can coexist with solar panel structures.
  • Evaluate which crops are best suited for agrivoltaic systems.

TO GUARANTEE SITE ASSESSMENT AND ECONOMIC FEASIBILITY

  • Conduct preliminary assessments of a project site, including land use, current conditions, and potential risks to determine feasibility.
  • Define the optimal scenario to maximize the benefits of the combined system.
  • Collaborate with the other Depts in assessing expected agricultural and energy yields to ensure project viability and sustainability.

TO ENSURE PERFORMANCE MONITORING

Expected skills

You hold a degree in agricultural engineering, agronomy, or a related field. You have at least three years of experience in renewable energy project development in a similar position.

You have a good knowledge of photovoltaic and energy storage systems, agronomy and agricultural practices standards and regulations.

You are highly skilled with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint) and a GIS software.

Proficiency in english would be an asset to work with the French team.
